GCIC collects and processes supplier information submitted through this online database for supplier registration, due diligence, verification, procurement, contract administration, compliance and audit purposes, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2024 (Act No. 18 of 2024).
GCIC shall apply appropriate safeguards to protect submitted information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or unlawful disclosure. Supplier information shall not be sold, traded, rented or disclosed to third parties for commercial gain.
Information may only be shared where authorised by law, required by a competent authority, consented to by the supplier, or necessary for legitimate procurement, verification, audit, regulatory or contractual purposes.
By submitting this form, the supplier confirms the accuracy of the information provided and consents to its lawful processing for the purposes stated above.
